We are currently seeking an experienced Photographer professional to join our Group Communications Team in the capacity of Photographer.

 

Overview of the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer to join our Group Corporate Communications team. This role is key to shaping and maintaining our brand’s visual identity through high-quality photography and occasional videography. You’ll be capturing everything from internal events and product launches to leadership meetings and official signings — with adaptability, precision, and style. Over time you will affirm the group visual style and elevate our presence, especially on digital platforms.

 

What you will do

·       Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs for internal and external use, including:

-         Internal events and celebrations

-         Product launches and showcases

-         Leadership meetings, MOUs, and formal engagements

·       The focus will be on group corporate comms events and initiatives, but will also include working with the various divisions and brands, calendar permitting.

·       Video capture and videography work as needed (event snippets, social-first videos, B-rolls, etc.)

·       Pay attention to sound and audio quality checks during video production, ensuring clear voice capture and alignment with brand standards when voiceovers or interviews are required.

·       Ensure all content aligns with our visual brand guidelines and tone of voice

·       Serve as a guardian of our brand’s visual identity, helping uphold a consistent and professional look across touchpoints. Overtime, will continue to define and refine our unique visual style.

·       Perform post-production editing Adobe Creative Suite to ensure photos and videos meet aesthetic and technical standards

·       Tailor visuals for key platforms, especially social media, understanding how framing, tone, and editing need to adapt across formats like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube

·       Manage photography equipment and ensure all gear is ready for use

·       Organize and archive visual content for easy retrieval and future use

·       Collaborate closely with the design, digital, and content teams to align creative outputs

 

Required skills to be successful

·       Solid skills in post-production using tools like Adobe Creative Suite

·       Good eye for composition, lighting, and brand storytelling through imagery

·       Comfort with both candid/event photography and more formal portraits or ceremonial settings

·       Video capture and editing is a plus

·       Understanding of social media formats and visual requirements

·       Flexibility to work across multiple business units, occasionally during off-hours or weekends for events

·       Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines under pressure

 

What equips you for the role

·        Proven experience (at least 7 years) as a photographer in a professional setting (corporate, media, agency, or in-house)

·       Strong portfolio showcasing both event, people and portrait photography
