Role Purpose
The Patient Sales Co‑ordinator is a commercially focused role responsible for driving repeat patient visits and revenue growth across HealthHub Clinics.
The role combines outbound telesales, in‑clinic face‑to‑face patient engagement, and corporate sales event participation to maximise patient reactivation, retention, and service uptake.
This is not a marketing, PR, or administrative role. It is a hands‑on sales position with clear conversion, booking, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Telesales & Patient Reactivation
Conduct outbound telesales calls to an existing patient database to promote follow‑up visits, repeat treatments, and clinic services
Proactively re‑engage inactive or lapsed patients to drive return visits
Achieve defined conversion, booking, and reactivation targets
Maintain accurate call notes, follow‑ups, and outcomes in internal systems
Face‑to‑Face Patient Sales (Clinic‑Based)
Engage patients in person within the clinic to promote follow‑up appointments, treatment plans, and additional services
Clearly explain treatment options, packages, pricing, and payment processes
Work closely with doctors, front desk, and clinic teams to optimise schedules and patient flow
Corporate & Marketing Sales Events
Represent HealthHub at corporate outreach activities, health days, and marketing sales events
Promote clinic services, capture leads, and support on‑the‑spot appointment bookings where applicable
Follow up on event‑generated leads to convert into confirmed clinic visits
Sales Performance & Collaboration
Work toward clearly defined sales and conversion KPIs
Ensure zero lead leakage through disciplined follow‑up
Collaborate with clinic operations, marketing, and management teams to support revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in outbound telesales, patient sales, or customer reactivation roles
Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on outbound calling
Strong face‑to‑face sales and patient engagement skills
Experience in healthcare, clinics, dental, aesthetic, or outpatient environments is highly preferred
Confident working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Willing and able to attend corporate sales and outreach events
