About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Patient Relations Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. This role is vital in ensuring that every patient receives an outstanding experience—from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Patient Relations Executives
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and patient services
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and patient care
  • Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance service deliver

What Qualifies You for the Role

  • Proven experience in a healthcare customer service or administrative role
  • Strong background in managing teams within a clinic or hospital setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • High level of computer literacy and familiarity with healthcare systems
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
