Al-Futtaim Health is looking for compassionate and experienced Patient Co-ordinator to join our team at our HealthHub Clinic in Al Mirdif, Dubai.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality care and coordination for patients requiring aesthetic treatments at Al-Futtaim Health, located in the Arabian Center Al Mirdif.

As a Patient Co-ordinator, you will help manage a patient’s healthcare and treatment needs while maintaining open lines of communication between the patient and their healthcare professional.

You will work in many different capacities on behalf of patients, including ensuring patients’ needs are met, handling administrative responsibilities and assisting with a patient’s case management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Assist with aesthetic treatments and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with patients in Arabic and English.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Travel throughout the network of Health Hub clinics in Dubai as required.

What Qualifies You for the Role:

• Proven experience in patient co-ordination
• Arabic language skills (speak, read, and write).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Own transport would be an advantage due to travel requirements.
