Overview of the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Picker – Commercial Vehicles (Heavy Duty Trucks) to support our Aftersales warehouse operations.

In this role, you will ensure accurate picking, packing, and handling of spare parts, supporting workshop and retail operations. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring timely parts availability for heavy-duty truck service operations.

What you will do

• Pick spare parts accurately based on picking lists provided by Parts Advisors
• Ensure correct parts are selected, packed, and issued to workshop, retail counter, or inter-branch transfers
• Perform goods movements and update systems in line with inventory procedures
• Ensure parts are received, inspected, and stored in the correct bin locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and record discrepancies in the system
• Support stock counts, including cycle counts and full inventory checks
• Assist in maintaining warehouse organization and housekeeping standards
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs and inventory control processes

• Basic knowledge of spare parts warehouse operations
• Attention to detail with strong focus on accuracy
• Good understanding of inventory handling and material flow
• Ability to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

About the team

You will be part of the Aftersales Parts Operations team, supporting heavy-duty truck service and parts supply. The team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, enabling timely vehicle repairs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What equips you for the role

• High school qualification or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in parts warehouse or inventory operations
• Experience within automotive or heavy-duty truck parts environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or EPC is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse processes
