Overview of the Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be the face of our brand’s parts division, delivering an exceptional and seamless customer experience across retail and workshop operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the right parts at the right time while supporting the branch in achieving its revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

 

What You Will Do
•    Drive parts sales by upselling, managing discounts, and promoting accessories to achieve monthly revenue targets.
•    Build long-term relationships with customers through knowledgeable consultations on parts requirements based on recommended maintenance schedules.
•    Coordinate closely with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and workshop teams to ensure timely updates on part availability, orders, and delivery timelines.
•    Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and distributor programs to maintain consistent customer experience.
•    Ensure accurate creation, closure, and follow-up of sales orders and reservations to optimize stock and minimize financial risk.
•    Capture customer data accurately in SAP to support effective customer profiling and future reach-outs.
•    Participate in regular inventory control activities as part of operational excellence and audit compliance.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    3–5 years of experience within the automotive industry, ideally in parts operations.
•    A Diploma or equivalent qualification.
•    Strong sales and customer service orientation with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
•    Sound understanding of automotive parts operations and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC).

 

About the Team
You will be part of the Retail Aftersales team, working closely with colleagues across the workshop and customer service functions. Collaboration is a key success factor, and you will interact daily with Service Advisors, Technicians, Job Controllers, and the Workshop Manager. The role is dynamic and requires strong teamwork to meet daily operational demands and deliver superior customer satisfaction.

•    Solid understanding of automotive products, parts, and aftersales processes.
•    A customer-first mindset with strong teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and responsibility.
•    Willingness to work extended hours when needed to meet business and customer expectations.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
•    Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
•    Accuracy in documentation, data entry, and process compliance.
•    Basic verbal communication skills in Arabic and strong English proficiency.
