The role will be responsible for sales and marketing activities with key responsibilities including:

  • Execution of sales and marketing activities in the assigned area.
  • Facilitating and monitoring company business in the territory.
  • Dealerships and aligned network development.
  • Achievement of assigned sales targets and market share thus contributing in company revenue generation, brand establishment and recognition and countering competitors to gain higher sales volume, growth and market share.
  • Establishment of cordial relationship with govt., private, institutions, banks, farming community etc. for long term business gains, and image of companyand its products.
  • Facilitating customers in after sales services and spares availability through dealerships network.


Key Reaponsibilities:

Development of Dealership Network:

  • Dealerships development as per company standards, appointment of new dealerships where required, upgradation of setups, ensure seamless after sales services to customers and proper 3S operation of dealerships network in the area.
  • Development of new setups / upgradation of existing network within the territory.
  • Branding of dealerships and network as per need.
  • Development of after sales service network through authorised workshops by enhancing their number from the existing one in the territory.

Enhance and develop market share

Enhance market share in the territory in general and promote 85 HP and 75 HP SKU sale as well.

Institutional Liaison

Develop and maintain ties with institutes financing tractors (Banks), private institutions and contractors where available.

Preparing Reports

Customers, Product performance, dealer’s feedback and reporting of competitor’s activities, policies etc. market situation and analysis to line manager.

Event Planning:

  • Participation in commercial events, fairs, trade exhibitions, execute advertising campaigns, conduct road shows etc. as and when required / assigned.
  • Conduct demonstrations, free service programmes in collaboration of After Sales Service dept. Visit farms, landlords and progressive farmers in the territory and develop contact and strong relationship with them.

Coordination with dealers

Conduct dealers, dealership staff, customers, bank A.C.Os, Govt. officials, Tractor operators, private institutions / farms staff trainings as and when assigned by line manager / specific requirement.



Bachelor or Master Degree Holder in  Agri. Or Agri. Engineer, Business Administration (BBA/MBA).


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  

  • Preferably 2-3 years’ marketing experience of agriculture related machines / implements / fertilizers / pesticides & related industry /FMCGs / oil & marketing company.
  • Technically sound, Knowledge about agriculture, farm machinery and tractors.
