ROLE PURPOSE & CONTEXT:

The role will be responsible for building a database of all the factors affecting the industry to identify customer trends and monitor competitive landscape with key responsibilities including:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the on-going company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Digital Platform Management:

Establish brand/company presence on social media (Facebook, Youtube etc.), and develop content for on-going engagement.

 

Digital Advertising:

Launch optimized online adverts through all platforms to increase company and brand awareness.

 

Community Management:

Identify brand perception, industry trends, product feedback through relevant FB groups and YT channels.

 

Website Management

Responsible for website update with content (product line-up, flyers, dealer details and any flash news pertaining to AGTL).

 

Monitor and Identify Collaboration Avenues

Product placement in digital ads of other industries (battery, tyre, agri inputs)as well as collaboration with agri experts to include key AGTL USPs in their messages.

 

Education:  

Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration or Social Sciences.

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  

  • Preferably 1-2 year experience in social media or digital marketing role in any product/manufacturing industry or digital marketing agency.
  • Extensive knowledge on Mobile and App Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliates, Retargeting, Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, Google Adwords etc.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
