We are seeking a DHA‑licensed Optometrist to join our team at HealthHub Clinic, Dubai Festival City.

This role requires a clinician who can consistently deliver high‑quality outpatient eye care, supporting patient flow across a busy, community‑based clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in vision assessment, diagnosis, and optical prescribing, while ensuring a seamless patient experience aligned with clinical and retail service standards.

This position is ideal for an optometrist who is patient‑focused, detail‑oriented, and commercially aware, with the ability to balance clinical excellence and service efficiency within a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction, binocular vision, and ocular health assessments
Diagnose and manage common eye conditions and visual disorders, referring complex cases to ophthalmologists when required 
Prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses, based on clinical findings 
Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with DHA and internal standards
Support clinic workflow by managing patient volumes efficiently while maintaining quality of care
Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of optometry equipment 
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements 
Participate in continuous professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

DHA‑licensed Optometrist
Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in a clinical or retail optical setting 
Strong clinical skills in refraction, contact lens fitting, and eye health assessment
Demonstrates excellent patient communication and customer service skills
Able to manage high patient volumes while maintaining attention to detail
Team‑oriented with a collaborative and adaptable approach
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced outpatient clinic environment
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Optometry or related field 
Valid DHA License to practice as an Optometrist 
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with EMR systems
