Overview of the Role
We are looking for motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduates to join our Technical Support team. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting field operations, troubleshooting equipment, and delivering technical solutions across commercial vehicles and machinery.
The position acts as a bridge between engineering, operations, and customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and high service standards.

What You Will Do
•    Provide technical support on equipment, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
•    Assist in on-site inspections and support operational activities across workshops and customer locations
•    Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment performance and reliability
•    Support customer-facing activities by providing technical insights and solutions
•    Prepare technical reports, analysis, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
•    Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to support business and customer requirements
•    Use engineering tools and systems to support analysis and problem-solving

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
•    Internship or exposure to maintenance, operations, or technical support is an advantage
•    Willingness to work on-site and gain hands-on field experience
•    Interest in automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment industry

About the Team
You will be part of the FAMCO Technical Support team, working closely with operations, maintenance, and sales teams to deliver technical excellence and support business growth. The role supports both internal stakeholders and external customers.
