Overview of the role

The Network and Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans to secure an adequate dealer footprint for our current and future business needs. You will also play a key role in expanding our dealership network into new market areas, ensuring adherence to feasibility studies and business plans.

 

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive network stratgy plan to secure an optimal delaer foorprint. 
  • Conduct feasibility studies and investment requests for dealership expansion.
  • Identify strategic locations in new market areas for dealership expansion.
  • Monitor and follow up on the establishment of new dealerships and renovation projects.
  • Define and secure annual business plan requirements, ensuring timely submission.
  • Ensure right-sized dealerships for current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with the design team on dealership designs and drawings.
  • Manage projects to control time, quality, and cost commitments.
  • Provide professional support to markets and dealers to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Establish corporate facilities standards and ensure compliance with local operating, safety, environmental, and health standards.
  • Support dealers in improving customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Utilize global/group systems for timely measurement of dealer standards.
  • Implement monthly customer satisfaction measurements.
  • Ensure dealers have the necessary competencies and plans in place to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure dealer certification by quality standards and support partners in certification if necessary.
  • Manage dealer agreements and land/facilities rent contracts.
  • Develop uptime offerings to improve customer satisfaction and increase service sales.
  • Maintain network legal compliance and ensure policies are up to date and adhered to.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network Development , or Customer Relationship Management.
  • SLIM/CIM or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in network management, sales, and business development within the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of the sector.
  • Experience in managing large customer/stakeholder bases and working with extensive datasets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify and address their needs effectively.
