AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better

 

Overview of the role:

The Branch Manager oversees the operations of the branch, ensuring the successful execution of the company's leasing and financial services. This role is pivotal in driving branch performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals.

 

What you will do:

  • Responsible in preparation of action plan for the branch to achieve overall objective and driving the team in achieving the KPIs set by the management including execution, collection, IRR and bottom-line targets
  • Ensure that branch is managed smoothly aligned with company standard procedures, regulations while maintaining overheads
  • Identify training and development activities of branch staff and coordinate with respective authorities in order to provide the required training.
  • Responsible to enhance market share of the company in respective territory by implementing innovative initiations and conduct brand image building campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Responsible to deliver highest level of customer service and submit management reports as and when needed to get managerial decisions, comparisons etc.
  • Represent marketing meetings, conference with proper preparation and deliver the highest contribution by providing necessary information.

About the team:

The role reports to the Regional Manager and will interact with internal and external stakeholders.

 

What equips you for the role:

 

  • Successfully completed a qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution or fully/part qualified in SLIM or CIM and a bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a reputed financial institution or a bank and 2 years at the similar capacity
