Overview of the role
We are looking for a National Technical Lead (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM) to join our After Sales Department in Dubai. This critical role involves managing and coordinating technical operations between the vehicle manufacturer, National Service Department, authorized service centres, and other key stakeholders. The National Technical Lead ensures the effective delivery of technical support, product quality feedback, recall management, and technician development programs to maintain high standards in service operations and customer satisfaction

 

What you will do
•    Act as the national point of contact for advanced diagnostics, product quality evaluations, recall resolution, and technical escalations
•    Support service centres with on-ground troubleshooting and provide guidance on complex technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and EV systems
•    Evaluate and report on new product features and technologies, ensuring field readiness
•    Compile and submit detailed Product Quality Reports (PQRs) in collaboration with technical support executives
•    Coordinate with the manufacturer’s technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of field issues
•    Track and monitor recall campaigns, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer requirements and minimal customer disruption
•    Manage user access to manufacturer technical platform

 

Required skills to be successful
•    Candidate must have hands-on experience or certification in CAN Communication Protocol, ICE, EV/PHEV systems, Powertrain & Drive train including diagnostics and safety protocols.
•    Must be proficient in using and managing access to OEM systems like DealerCONNECT, wiTECH, STAR Online, and LMS platforms.
•    Must be able to provide on-ground and remote diagnostic support across multiple service centers with minimal turnaround time.
•    Must demonstrate the ability to plan, deliver, and track technical training programs ,Recalls aligned with manufacturer standards and dealer competency requirements.


About the team
You will be part of the Technical & Aftersales Operations team, reporting to the Technical Support Manager. The team is dedicated to maintaining high standards in service operations and customer satisfaction by ensuring service centres are technically competent, recall-compliant, and aligned with evolving manufacturer standards


What equips you for the role
•    Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering, or extensive and specialized training in PHEV/EV Certified
•    Minimum of 5 years in the automotive service field, with at least 2 years as a training instructor/Certified Specialist/Master in Technical Operations 
•    Strong technical expertise in vehicle systems diagnostics and aftermarket support
•    In-depth knowledge of Mopar/CJDR platforms, recall procedures, and OEM reporting systems
•    Proficient in analyzing field data and preparing structured technical documentation and reports
•    Capable of delivering training content and developing technician competency frameworks
•    Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments, brands, and stakeholders
•    Strong leadership, analytical, planning, organizing, team building, and communication skill
