JOB PURPOSE:

Ensuring on-time service, customer satisfaction and achieving monthly targets of the department. This position also requires to drive cost efficiencies.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- To ensure services are rendered to customers across the country through a team of dedicated service staff. Strategy to improve response time and turnaround time are of extreme importance for this position.

2-Collaboration with other service team members to ensure appropriate spare part planning and to ensure we meet all service delivery requirements set by the principals.

3-The candidate should be self-motivated and should be capable to deliver under multiple constraints and challenges.

4-Should be capable to analyze data and implement ideas to improve service deliverables.

5-The candidate should have excellent man management skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Graduate in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.

 

Minimum Experience:

10-12  years of consumer electronic service experience with specific experience in large appliances and air conditioners in similar service industries.

 

Job-Specific Skills:

Customer handling and excellent man management skills.

Supervising multiple teams across several product categories.

Excellent conversational skills in English both written and verbal. Arabic language knowledge will be a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel

Gulf experience with valid Omani driving license is preferable.
