Sales/Collection/Retail Display/ Market Share/ Network Development/Team Management for Dealers/Modern Retail


Achieving Sales target and market share of assigned brands through a team for designated Channel Partners
Receivables Management
Dealer Network/Modern Retail Expansion and holding market share as required by Principals.
Retention of Team and Motivating them to achieve quality and quantity of sales. Team handling and conflict management. Promoters and merchandiser management
Negotiating Promotions at the Hyper Markets, Maintaining sales records/MIS. 
Negotiating contracts and maintain market share of Omasco Products, Visibility of Products at shop floor
Reviewing sales performance vis a vis annual contracts and following up with a action plan to recover lost ground.


Minimum Experience, Qualifications Required: 
Graduate degree from a recognised University.
Desirable: Master’s in marketing/Sales/Business Admin
10-15 years Relevant experience in Key Accounts Management in Consumer Durables/ Air-conditioning industry
Experience in a consumer durable brand i.e Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Sony, GREE or any reputed consumer durable company is a must
Must have a team handling experience for a minimum of 5-7 years
Must have experience in handling Lulu/Carrefour/Extra Emax
