Overview Of The Role:
- The Section Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving the sales team to meet targets. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Success in this role requires strong leadership and the ability to work closely with both local and international teams. The Section Manager will play a key role in achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
General
- Work on the floor in the shop and manage day-to-day operations.
- Start learning by working from sales associate duties to understand operation before operating the store.
- Possess visual merchandising and displays experience.
- Lead and drive the sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and ensure high customer service standards at all times.
- Solve problems related to sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plans, and manpower control.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, managing all customer issues and complaints.
- Work closely with the Brand Principle and International Team to ensure that operations meet brand standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Proven leadership skills in a retail environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Manager in retail fashion is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English at a business level.
- Aged between 25-32, with a mature outlook.
- Thai nationality required.
- Proven leadership skills with evidence of past success.
- Understanding of cross-cultural interactions and a service-minded approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, trustworthiness, and good discipline.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
- Presentable image with good grooming and dressing standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours and on weekends.
