Job Description

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s insurance products, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. The role ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and market dynamics within the Saudi insurance sector.

 

What you will do 

 

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

 

2. Brand Management

 

  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand positioning in the Saudi market.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Oversee brand campaigns and corporate identity guidelines.

 

3. Product Marketing

 

  • Support the launch and promotion of insurance products (motor, medical, property, etc.).
  • Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to position products effectively.
  • Develop marketing materials, brochures, and product content.

 

4. Digital Marketing & Campaigns

 

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
  • Manage the company’s website and digital presence.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.

 

5. Customer Engagement & Retention

 

  • Design customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience through targeted campaigns and communication.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.

 

6. Broker & Partnership Marketing

 

  • Support brokers and partners with marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key distribution channels.
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions.

 

7. Regulatory Compliance

 

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations issued by Saudi Central Bank.
  • Review and approve marketing content to ensure compliance with insurance advertising guidelines.

 

8. Reporting & Performance Analysis

 

  • Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights.

 

Required Skills to be successful

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is required.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
