Overview of the role:

 

The individual would be required to perform “customer-centric” business process engineering. He/She would also be responsible to drive transformational change by implementing digitization and process automation across the business units.

 

What you will do:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Predict demand for materials, optimize inventory levels, and forecast the best times to order supplies
    Standardization (project level and P&L) of cost categories and booking the budget and costs accurately for white collar, blue collar, sub-contract (labor), sub-contract (Labour+service) ,  Materials etc.
  • Process automation (using RPA or existing tools) of manual operational process like QC checks, procurement approvals , cost sheet approvals
  • Bid Vs Did analysis to identify areas which had cost overspends or timeline delays and to identify the Root cause
  • Creation of Master Item List, updating in SAP and integration with estimation tool
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) metric that measures how much a business can plan to earn from a customer over the course of the relationship based on projects, services, costs
  • Quantifying revenue retained/lost from renewed/expired AMCs 
  • Quantifying revenue from renewals and referrals and help to identify our most profitable and loyal customers
  • Market Research to benchmark the BUs against industry standards

 

What Equips you for the role: 

Minimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge:

  • Degree/higher level qualification in business/operations/customer experience 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into simplified solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience with Process re-engineering, Business transformation and/or Customer Experience

 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Experience with Slice and dice and drill-down data analysis methodologies
  • Data and Analytics experience and knowledge of how to determine trends from data
  • Experience on NPS programs 
  • Excellent data and trend analysis skills 
  • Experience with CRM and Financial data systems
