Job Overview
Join AMW, a member of the Al-Futtaim Group, as we continue our journey toward operational excellence across our diverse automotive businesses. We are looking for a dynamic Process Manager who will lead business process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives across all functions. In this role, you will work closely with business heads to enhance efficiency, strengthen governance, and align operations with Al-Futtaim Group standards - helping us build a more agile and future-ready organization.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyze and improve end-to-end business processes across functions (Sales, After-Sales, Logistics, and other key business units)
•    Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-adding activities through data analysis and stakeholder feedback
•    Lead process re-engineering and transformation initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and drive service excellence
•    Develop and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs to monitor and sustain performance improvements
•    Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for continuous process implementation and improvement
•    Collaborate with IT and Business Systems teams to digitize workflows, introduce automation, and adopt new technologies
•    Work closely with the Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and strengthen process controls and governance mechanisms
•    Champion the use of Agile methodology (aligned with Al-Futtaim Group practices) to drive iterative improvements and faster execution
•    Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for ongoing improvement
•    Train and guide process owners and functional teams on process discipline, documentation, and best practices
•    Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all business functions

Required Qualifications & Skills:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s Degree and/or professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
•    Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP would be an advantage
•    Minimum 8 years experience in process improvement, operations, or business transformation
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across multiple functions
•    Proven project management capability and experience managing organizational change
•    Ability to adapt to new technologies and promote digital transformation initiatives
•    Exposure to automotive, service, or distribution industries preferred, with knowledge of industry-specific processes
•    Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
