Overview Of The Role:

  • The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance while focusing on growth and profitability. They ensure customer satisfaction, effective merchandising standards, and smooth store operations. Additionally, the Store Manager develops and trains staff to enhance their skills and deliver excellent customer experiences, contributing to overall store success.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Profitability


  • Meets or exceeds profitability expectations for the store in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion.
  • Creates and executes strategies to maximize store sales and control expenses.

Operational Effectiveness


  • Controls company assets by adhering to all loss prevention measures, managing inventory, stock movements, sales, returns, exchanges, and store maintenance.
  • Executes and complies with all company policies and store procedures.

People Development and HR


  • Supports recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining high-quality associates to meet store profile and future planning needs.
  • Leads by example, trains, develops, and provides ongoing feedback on product knowledge, selling skills, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Organizes weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to review store performance and communicate company goals, new procedures, and performance targets.

Customer Experience and Merchandising


  • Ensures customer service excellence is a priority through continuous assessment, coaching, and team follow-up.
  • Maintains visibility on the selling floor to support selling functions and answer customer inquiries.
  • Implements visual merchandising standards, promotions, and ensures sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
  • Proficient in loss prevention and inventory management.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Store Manager experience with a proven track record of driving sales and profit results.
  • Proficiency in business English, both written and verbal.
  • Competency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, SAP, and report analysis. Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
