In the role of Senior Sales Assistant in our new store opening in Kuwait, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for Kate Spade and the Brand.  You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional shopping experience within the Kate Spade store and be confident in driving sales.

 

You will report to the Store Manager and will assist with the general day to day running of the Store and act as Duty Manager when required. Your daily responsibilities will include training new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation, responsibility for corrective action at the POS, dealing with any customer issues arriving at the POS and provide an excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements.

 

To be a successful Kate Spade Ambassador in our new 360 Mall Store, you should have previous senior retail experience, a passion for fashion, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market.

 

You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good spoken English. You will use your excellent customer service experience to anticipate and understand customers’ needs and requirements. Fluency in Arabic would be highly desirable.

 

You must be happy working in shifts over a 6 day working week.
