Overview Of The Role:

The Sales Assistant is instrumental in driving sales and creating a welcoming environment that ensures a positive customer experience. They are responsible for providing personalized service to each customer, contributing to sales growth, and executing daily store operations as directed by the store management team. Success in this role is measured by sales results, customer satisfaction scores, and the consistent ability to maintain store presentation standards.

What You Will Do:

Customer Interaction

• Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and a sincere, non-business-like greeting.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store, and invite them back.

Sales and Service

• Provide customers with current, relevant information about the product.
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, and attempt to add on to the sale.

Store Operations

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree
• 1-2 years of fashion retail sales experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours
