• The Sales Associate cum Cashier supports the store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated sections. This role is critical in maximizing store sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will process transactions efficiently and uphold standards across store areas, engaging in training and development for continuous improvement.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain responsibility for designated sections of the store, ensuring folding and displaying are up to standard.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor and cash desk throughout the day.
• Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain excellent standards.

Sales Processing

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methods.
• Ensure complete efficiency in opening and closing cash desk procedures.

Customer Service

• Ensure customers are acknowledged and receive quality service either face-to-face or over the telephone.
• Continually develop knowledge of stocks and promotions throughout the store.

Team Support

• Cover key responsibilities of the Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier in their absence.
• Attend all relevant trainings pertaining to customer services and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and legal requirements with thorough knowledge and training.

Health and Safety

• Maintain excellent housekeeping throughout all areas in the store and communicate with senior management in case of accidents.
• Be aware of risks exposed to employees and customers, and follow safe work practices and company procedures.

• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong cash handling and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic and energetic disposition.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service.
• Strong numerate and literacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
