Overview Of The Role:
- The PART-TIME (CASUAL) role at INDITEX involves supporting store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining stock areas. The position requires maintaining the store's visual and operational standards, assisting customers efficiently, and contributing to store sales goals. The role demands flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work cooperatively within the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
What You Will Do:
Store Maintenance
- Maintain responsibility for designated sections of the store, ensuring a presentable display and organized folding.
- Ensure the shop floor and cash desk areas are clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging stock efficiently.
Customer Service
- Process sales, exchanges, and refunds quickly and accurately in all payment methods.
- Acknowledge customers promptly and deliver quality services both face to face and over the telephone.
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve store sales targets and enhance customer experience.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about SOPs and update them regularly.
- Implement self-assessment audits and review internal audit reports to devise action plans.
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store and communicate with management in case of accidents.
- Be aware of risks to employees and customers, adhering to safe work practices and company procedures.
Stock Knowledge
- Continuously develop knowledge of stocks and promotions throughout the store.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Previous experience in fashion retail or a strong customer service background is preferred.

- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
