• The role involves supporting the store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated sections of the store. Key responsibilities include handling sales transactions efficiently, ensuring a tidy and organized store environment, and supporting overall store operations to enhance customer experience.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, keeping a basic image of the area through folding and displaying products.
• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards on the shop floor and keep the cash desk areas replenished and tidy throughout the day.
• Acknowledge customers and provide quality service, either face to face or over the telephone.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging it efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of stock and promotions throughout the store.
• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs. Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and devise action plans with management, ensuring actions are delivered.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety risks, communicate with senior management regarding accidents, and ensure awareness of safe work practices and company procedures.

• Customer service excellence and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage sales transactions and store organization.
• Knowledge of fashion retail operations and promotions.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and articulation skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, with good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
