• The part-time casual role within Inditex aims to support the store's objectives by delivering excellent customer service and effectively maintaining designated sections or zones. Success in this role involves providing quality customer interactions and maintaining high standards in the store appearance and organization. The casual staff is expected to operate independently while being a proactive team player, contributing to achieving store sales targets through efficient sales processing and customer service.

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone, ensuring customers are acknowledged and assisted promptly.
• Continually develop knowledge of stocks and promotions throughout the store to assist customers effectively.

Sales Processing

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly using all payment methods.
• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store, keeping a basic image of the area through effective folding and displaying.

Stock Management

• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging stock efficiently.
• Ensure the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.

Compliance

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement store self-assessment audits and review internal audit reports, devising action plans with the management team.

Health and Safety

• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store.
• Communicate with the senior management team in case of accidents, and be aware of risks and safe work practices.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles and work varied hours.

• Previous fashion retail experience or excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and the retail industry.
• Strong communication skills with an articulate approach.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
