• The part-time casual role supports the store's objective of delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the designated sections effectively, and carrying out sales processes efficiently. The role demands adherence to high standards of housekeeping and compliance with SOPs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. Success involves achieving store sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Acknowledge customers promptly upon entering the store.

Sales Processing

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
• Handle all payment methods swiftly and accurately.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain responsibility for designated sections of the store as instructed.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards across all areas of the store.
• Keep the cash desk areas replenished and tidy throughout the day.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom efficiently.

Standards Compliance

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable about and updated on SOPs.
• Implement store self-assessment audits and reviews.
• Devise and follow through on action plans based on internal audit reports.
• Ensure store safety and communicate with management in case of accidents.
• Be aware of risks to employees and customers, following safe work practices.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
• Ability to maintain high store standards and compliance.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current fashion trends.
• Articulate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
