• The role is responsible for supporting store objectives by delivering excellent customer service, managing designated sections, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring effective stock management. Success in this role involves maintaining high standards in customer interactions, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation. The position also requires adherence to compliance and health and safety standards.

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve store sales targets and provide great customer experience.
• Acknowledge customers and ensure they receive quality service either face-to-face or over the telephone.

Section Management

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by the Manager, ensuring a tidy appearance and effective displays.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards maintained on the shop floor and replenish Cash desk areas throughout the day.

Sales Transactions

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and promptly in all payment methods.

Stock Management

• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging stock efficiently.
• Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.

Compliance & Health and Safety

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs.
• Implement store self-assessment audits and devise action plans with management to address audit findings.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all areas of the store.
• Be aware of risks employees and customers are exposed to and follow safe work practices and company procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service preferred.
• Passion for fashion.
