• This role supports the store's objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated sections of the store in accordance with store needs. The position is crucial for reinforcing store standards and compliance, ensuring a great customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Store Operations

• Maintain responsibility for designated sections of the store, ensuring items are neatly folded and displayed.
• Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain excellent standards.
• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and swiftly, accommodating all payment methods.
• Replenish and tidy the cash desk areas throughout the day to maintain good housekeeping standards.
• Acknowledge and provide quality customer service, both in person and via telephone.
• Continually develop knowledge of stocks and promotions throughout the store.

Standards Compliance

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and continuously updated on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct store self-assessment audits and review internal audit reports.
• Devise and implement action plans with the management team to address audit findings.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all areas in the store, communicating with management in case of accidents.
• Be aware of health and safety risks to employees and customers and implement safe work practices.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and quickly.
• Strong knowledge of stockroom organization and management.
• Proficiency in maintaining store standards and compliance.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for fashion is essential.
• Articulate with good communication skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
