Overview Of The Role:
- The role of a Part-Time (Casual) employee at INDITEX involves supporting store objectives by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining designated sections to meet store standards. The employee will be responsible for efficient sales processing, stock management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction and service. A critical component of this role is maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stockroom management, while adhering to company policies and procedures. Success in this role will be demonstrated by achieving store sales targets and providing a positive customer experience.
What You Will Do:
General
- Deliver excellent customer service to support store objectives.
- Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store, ensuring a basic image of the area (folding and displaying).
- Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methods.
- Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor and that the cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
- Provide quality service to customers either face-to-face or over the telephone.
- Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stock efficiently.
- Develop stock knowledge and awareness of promotions throughout the store.
- Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs.
- Implement store self-assessment audits and devise action plans with the management team.
- Communicate with senior management in case of accidents and be aware of risks and safe work practices.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage stock efficiently.
- Knowledge of store operations and compliance with SOPs.
- Energetic and adaptable to working flexible hours.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service.
- Passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
- Articulate with strong communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong initiative.
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to varied tasks and environments.
