The employee will handle various tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining housekeeping standards, and contributing to a safe shopping environment.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, ensuring a basic image of the area by folding and displaying merchandise.
• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly using all payment methods.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor and that the cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
• Acknowledge and provide quality service to customers either face-to-face or over the telephone.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging goods efficiently.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of stock and promotions throughout the store.
• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs, and implement store self-assessment audits with the management team.
• Ensure effective communication with senior management in case of any accidents and maintain awareness of safety procedures to mitigate risks.
