Overview Of The Role:

  • The Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the storefront through effective management of RFID technology and stockroom organization. This position demands an understanding of retail compliance and standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting overall store health and safety practices. Success in the role requires collaboration with the wider management team, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining operational efficiencies in day-to-day activities. The position does not involve direct reporting but works closely under the guidance of the Operations or Store Manager.

What You Will Do:

General


  • Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
  • Learn the six benefits of RFID, including customer service, sale/return, inventory, camion, replenishment, and security.
  • Organize stockroom and shopfloor efficiently by understanding and managing RFID movements to stockroom, including situations, operations and locations.
  • Organize stock according to family and styles quickly and accurately, ensuring overstock is processed correctly and identifying actions for faulty items.
  • Perform stock enquiries and manage customer service interactions effectively.
  • Manage replenishment procedures to ensure shopfloor has adequate stock.
  • Coordinate camion functionalities as needed for logistical and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure the store is adequately resourced and compliant with legal obligations and standards.
  • Implement store self-assessment and internal audits, developing action plans with management team to address any issues.
  • Ensure good housekeeping throughout store areas, communicating with senior management in case of accidents.
  • Awareness of employee and customer risks, promoting safe work practices and adhering to company safety procedures.

  • Comprehensive understanding of RFID technology and its applications in a retail setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and customers effectively.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with legal and internal standards, promoting a safe work environment.

  • Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
