Overview Of The Role:
- The Operations Executive at INDITEX is responsible for ensuring efficient operations in stock management and compliance. This role includes managing RFID, organizing stockroom and shop floor areas, and overseeing replenishment and camion operations. Success in this role involves maintaining standards and compliance, as well as ensuring health and safety throughout the store. The Operations Executive must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support the operational goals and customer service standards.
What You Will Do:
RFID Management
- Understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
- Recognize six benefits of RFID: Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, and Security.
Stockroom and Shopfloor Organization
- Handle RFID Movement by transferring to the stockroom, including understanding situations, methods, and operational locations.
- Organize stock in the stockroom quickly and accurately according to family and styles.
- Process overstock and manage faulty items efficiently.
Customer Service and Stock Enquiry
- Provide excellent customer service by efficiently handling stock enquiries.
- Assist customers in finding products and resolving any issues related to stock availability.
Replenishment
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock on the shop floor.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the stockroom for replenishment needs.
Camion Operations
- Manage and perform Camion operations effectively, including stock transfers and deliveries.
- Ensure security and accuracy during Camion operations.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure the store is adequately resourced across all legally compliant areas.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all compliance issues and ensure employees are trained and updated on SOPs.
- Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and devise action plans with management.
Health and Safety
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout all store areas.
- Communicate with senior management in case of accidents and ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Be aware of risks to employees and customers and how to mitigate them through company procedures.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- RFID technology proficiency.
- Organizational skills for stock management.
- Knowledge of retail compliance and standards.
- Customer service excellence.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
