Overview Of The Role:

  • As an Operations Executive at INDITEX, you will oversee the operational aspects of the store. You are responsible for ensuring efficient stock management, including RFID usage, stockroom organization, and replenishment processes. You will play a key role in customer service and ensuring compliance with legal standards, health, and safety regulations. Your ability to work within a team and independently will drive store performance and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

RFID Knowledge and Application


  • Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
  • Recognize and leverage six benefits of RFID: Customer Service, Sale/Return, Inventory, Camion, Replenishment, and Security.

Stockroom and Shopfloor Organization


  • Understand stockroom organization and effectively organize stock according to family and styles, processing overstock and faulties swiftly.
  • Manage RFID movement by transferring items to the stockroom and understanding operation procedures.

Customer Service and Stock Enquiry


  • Manage customer inquiries related to stock availability with a focus on excellent service.

Replenishment


  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock to maintain shopfloor standards and meet customer demand.

Camion


  • Oversee camion operations to streamline transportation and logistics within the store.

Standards and Compliance


  • Ensure store is adequately resourced for legal compliance and maintain thorough knowledge of compliance issues.
  • Educate employees on SOPs and keep them updated.
  • Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and devise action plans with management.
  • Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store to ensure a safe environment.
  • Communicate with senior management in case of accidents and be aware of safe work practices.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of RFID systems and benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills for stockroom and shopfloor management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations.
