Overview of the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support efficient and compliant logistics operations within our fashion retail business. This role plays a key part in coordinating stock movements, managing inventory documentation, supporting regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics execution across stores and warehouses.
What you will do
- Coordinate stock movements and ensure timely, accurate transfers between warehouse and stores.
- Support store openings/closures and manage consumable material supply planning.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to manage inbound and outbound stock activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics reports, including stock movement and KPI tracking.
- Update and manage inventory transactions using SAP.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., SIRIM, NPRA) for import permits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Process vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payment.
- Provide operational support during peak periods, including weekends or public holidays when required.
Required Skills to be successful.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge
- Education:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline
Good understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and compliance documentation
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Has supported Projects/ Logistics Team in Coordination
