Overview of the role:
FAMCO is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Professional to join our Construction Equipment division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on selling premium heavy machinery and equipment, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of our business across key industries.

 

What you will do:

  • Sell construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, and related machinery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across contractors, developers, and industrial clients
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations
  • Prepare competitive quotations and close sales in line with set targets
  • Manage key accounts and provide aftersales support in coordination with internal teams
  • Collaborate with product, service, and logistics teams to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

 

Required skills to be successful:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales of construction equipment or heavy machinery
  • Strong technical knowledge of machines and their site applications
  • Proven ability to manage B2B client relationships and close deals
  • Results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid Saudi driving license and flexibility to travel as needed

 

About the team:
You will be part of a results-oriented sales team that focuses on delivering high-performance equipment solutions to the Saudi construction and infrastructure market. The team values integrity, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business
  • Experience working with leading global construction equipment brands is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Saudi construction and infrastructure market
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
