  • Successfully completed a degree or professional qualification in marketing from a recognized institution.
  • MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in international marketing with exposure to export sales operations relating to the Tyre & Rubber industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and the proficiency in different languages would be highly advantageous.
  • Goal oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communications skills.


  • Study the global market and conduct routine presentations to potential clients to achieve the budgeted export revenue. 
  • Develop & grow AMW ‘Solid Tyre’ brand in global export marketplace.
  • Planning and implementing customer retention strategies and new customer development strategies for inquiry generation.
  • Possess fair knowledge and experience on operational marketing, global branding, visual merchandising, product development and supply chain.
  • Arranging frequent training and development programs for the sales department.
