Overview of the role:
We are looking for skilled Technicians to join our FAMCO Commercial Vehicles team in KSA, specialising in Trucks & Buses. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service, repair, and maintenance work to the highest standards, ensuring vehicle uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Perform routine service, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repairs on trucks and buses.
• Replace and repair key components (e.g. brake pads, belts, bellows, pulleys).
• Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify potential problems and communicate them proactively to Foreman/Service Advisor.
• Follow service manuals, processes, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure high first-time fix rates and reduce repeat complaints.
• Provide field support and emergency repair services when required.

Required skills to be successful:

• Hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial vehicles (trucks and/or buses).
• Ability to work independently on diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls.
• Strong understanding of service manuals and technical procedures.
• Focus on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to provide on-site and emergency support.

You will be joining the highly skilled Aftersales Commercial Vehicles team within FAMCO KSA. Our team is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers, ensuring that their trucks and buses remain in optimal condition and ready for operation. What equips you for the role:

• Technical qualification: Diploma / Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience working on trucks and/or buses.
• Strong technical expertise in servicing, repairs, and component overhauls.
• Experience working with leading commercial vehicle brands is an advantage.
• UAE/KSA driving license is a plus.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 service support where required
