  • Assisting Project Engineers/Project Managers in preparation of documents/letters
  • Getting Al Futtaim and its associate brands prequalified in Ministries and Govt. offices
  • Preparation of Prequalification documents
  • Occasionally, employee shall work as a messenger to pick up/drop off documents or employees from one place to another.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
  • Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals) of the sales process on an individual level.
  • Office administrative works
  • Document Control
  • Coordinating driver's activities.


  • Degree or Diploma in any field
    Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 
  • 2 - 4 years of experience  
    Job-Specific Skills:
  • Possess KSA Driving License.
  • Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Self-motivated with skills to motivate others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
