Overview of the role : 

The Multi-Skilled ICT/ELV Engineer will independently handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of ELV and ICT systems. The role includes planned preventative maintenance, remedial repairs, and project support, ensuring exceptional client experience by efficiently managing maintenance requests across multi-technology systems.

What you will do :

• Take full ownership as the primary point of contact for service and maintenance activities, supporting both customers and internal teams.

• Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and project management of critical IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, data networking, and cybersecurity. Knowledge of digital transformation, IoT, and application-based solutions is a plus.

• Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records, support project implementation, and assist with billing.

• Manage customer accounts effectively, providing post-sales support and training on system usage.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide presales support and relevant documentation.

Required skills to be successful : 

• Proven experience with critical servers and storage, virtualization, cloud computing, data communication networking, and cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of digital transformation, IoT & application-based solutions

• Proficient in industry-standard business tools.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What equips you for the role : 

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Telecom, IT, Computer Science) or an equivalent qualification.

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in Qatar, or GCC
