Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and compliance of our 11 day care clinics across Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DHA-HFG, previous experience in healthcare construction or clinic setup, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day facilities operations of all 11 clinics, ensuring functionality, safety, and compliance.

Ensure all clinics operate in accordance with DHA healthcare facility regulations and licensing requirements.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers for any ongoing or upcoming construction, renovation, or expansion projects.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency response plans.

Manage budgets related to facilities operations, maintenance, and capital improvements.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility-related services (e.g., HVAC, MEP, cleaning, pest control, fire safety).

Prepare and maintain documentation required for DHA inspections and approvals.

Manage clinic relocations, expansions, or refurbishments as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare facilities management, preferably in Dubai.

Strong knowledge of DHA-HFG guidelines

Experience in managing healthcare construction or fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of MEP systems and preventive maintenance.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

UAE driving license is a must (due to multiple site locations).

Arabic speaker is a plus.

Experience working in ambulatory or day care clinic environments.
