Overview of the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Aftersales to lead the Service, Parts, and Uptime functions across our Commercial Vehicles and Construction Equipment divisions in Riyadh, KSA. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability across all aftersales channels
What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategic aftersales initiatives to support business goals
- Lead the aftersales departments for Construction Equipment, Trucks, and Dealer Networks across KSA
- Forecast parts and service revenue, monitor P&L, and ensure delivery of budget targets
- Optimize workshop productivity, parts turnover, and overall service quality
- Ensure compliance with OEM processes and warranty procedures
- Liaise with OEMs and suppliers to align on technical updates, service campaigns, and claims management
- Drive customer service initiatives to improve satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty
- Build and lead a high-performing team through structured performance management and development
- Promote a safety-first, efficient, and accountable work environmen
Required skills to be successful
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and operational acumen
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional aftersales teams
- Excellent understanding of parts and service business KPIs, budgeting, and P&L management
- High-level stakeholder management skills, including with OEMs and internal leadership
- Strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities
- Ability to lead cultural change and drive operational excellence across region
About the team:
You will lead a team of direct reports and manage the broader aftersales function in coordination with the GM Aftersales. The environment is collaborative and performance-driven, with a focus on efficiency, customer service, and long-term success. You will work closely with other department heads, OEM representatives, and key customers to shape the future of aftersales in KSA
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in aftersales operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Deep industry knowledge of commercial vehicles and construction equipment dealership operations
- Strong working knowledge of dealership systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP)
- Exceptional interpersonal, planning, and team development skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantag
