  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ sales experience.

  • Professional qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institute.

  • Energetic individual with a positive attitude towards achieving goals and targets on time.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills to deal with clients.



  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis.

  • Achieve set volume and value targets by regularly visiting market and promoting products to existing and new customers.

  • Ensuring the right mix to market in order to achieve revenue target in designated area.

  • Promoting new products to new customers and new products to existing customers.

  • Ensuring product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

  • Following up with customers and regularize payments.

  • Managing Area Distributor and Distributor Sales Representative.
