Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for maintain customer satisfaction level while retain them with the company.
  • Coordinate the Department activities in order to improve the efficient level of body shop.
  • Instruct body shop staff team to carryout quality job and monitor their tasks, guide & coach them in order to achieve high level of productivity of body shop.
  • Handling the customer complaints / inquiries & drive the team towards high CSI.
  • Achieve the given targets while maintaining high level of team morale & motivation.
  • Preparation of repair estimates and coordinating with insurance companies for approvals.
  • Manage the equipment’s & inventories of Service Dept. and submit proposals for purchase new tools & equipment’s when required.
  • Ensure the best level of cleaning and housekeeping are maintained in the body shop.
  • Ensure the best housekeeping practices are maintaining at Service Center at all times.
  • Ensure the best safety practices are maintaining at Service Center office at all times.
  • Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance / maintain the good image of the company.
  • Support to Service Manager’s day to day work.

 

            Candidate’s Profile

 

  • G C E A/L in mathematics.
  • Two years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Trade level certificate for Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive engineering will be an added qualification.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office packages).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Professionally Qualified to manage a team.
  • Qualified for maintain good PR & Interpersonal relationship.
  • Heavy vehicle driving license.
