Role Purpose
The role provides high-trust, high-impact coordination support. The role is designed for a confident, socially intelligent individual who can listen carefully, read situations, act decisively, and solve problems in real time. The role is not about language but about social behavior.
This is not a traditional finance or administrative role role. Success depends on judgement, behavior, responsiveness, and execution; the ability to engage with people at all levels, manage time flawlessly, and translate conversations into action.

- Resolve day-to-day challenges independently, knowing when to escalate.
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Manage complex schedules, meetings, and priorities with excellent time discipline.
- Track commitments, decisions, and actions to ensure nothing is missed.

Experience
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in roles involving coordination, execution, or ownership of outcomes (e.g. project coordination/management, operations, business development, sales execution, or leadership support).
