Al‑Futtaim Health is inviting Emirati physicians across all medical specialisations to join our clinical teams at HealthHub Clinics across Dubai. 

This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our continued commitment to Emiratisation and the development of local medical talent.

As a Physician at HealthHub, you will play a central role in providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care, supporting preventive health, early diagnosis, and ongoing treatment within a modern, integrated healthcare setting.

Work Pattern

Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

Your Impact

Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence‑based medical care to patients across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional medical consultations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment within your specialty.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation and medical records.
Refer patients appropriately and collaborate with other specialties and allied health professionals.
Educate patients and families on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare.
Uphold DHA regulations, ethical standards, and patient safety at all times.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical excellence.
Engage in continuous professional development and ongoing learning.

Who You Are

UAE National.
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and relevant postgraduate qualification in your specialty.
DHA Physician license or eligibility to be licensed in Dubai.
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence‑based practice.
Excellent communication skills and a patient‑centred approach to care.
Fluent in English
Experience appropriate to your specialty; fresh specialists and experienced consultants are both encouraged to apply, depending on role requirements.
