Overview Of The Role:

  • The Visual Commercial Supervisor works alongside the commercial manager to enhance the image and commerciality of the retail store. The role entails overseeing visual merchandising, planning commercial activities, ensuring customer service excellence, and supporting team training and development. Success in this role involves maintaining high standards of visual appeal, adapting to commercial challenges, and proactively managing product and customer service activities.

What You Will Do:

Visual


  • Merchandise the store in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Promote new lines effectively.
  • Support the commercial manager to identify and implement creative and visual ideas for the store.
  • Utilize in-store props and mannequins appropriately for visual impact.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and provide feedback on competitive activities.
  • Understand, master, and daily use of Merchan app.

Commercial


  • Develop a deep understanding of Gestion Retail app.
  • Analyze daily information and react accordingly.
  • Plan commercial and visual activities daily, weekly, and seasonally.
  • Adapt to various commercial issues such as delivery delays and sudden events.
  • Work with the operational team to ensure RFID best practices.
  • Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain high image standards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide product feedback.
  • Control product levels and communicate needs to senior management.
  • Manage product-related procedures including delivery preparation and orders.
  • Report using RFID and manage consigna/DC2.

Customer Service


  • Provide high level customer service and follow action plans.
  • Support customer service with product knowledge and awareness.
  • Resolve customer queries and refer to senior management when necessary.
  • Inform about new arrivals and support replenishment of best sellers.
  • Offer alternatives to customers.

Training & Development


  • Participate in the training and development of commercial colleagues.
  • Support new starters training alongside management.
  • Develop product knowledge of the team in morning meetings, including novelties, promos, and trends.
  • Inform and educate the team on new layouts and actions.

Health & Safety


  • Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the store.
  • Communicate with senior management in case of accidents.
  • Be aware of risks to employees and customers and safe work practices.
  • Follow company procedures to overcome hazards.
