About the Role:

 

 

Job Purpose: To support the Group in developing tools and materials in e-format. 

 

e- content design and development.

  • Supports the Group level to transfer curated content into e-format.
  • Ensures thorough consultation with the content owner, to have a comprehensive understanding of the desired end product and the time-line expected.
  • Advised and recommends around the design of the e-content, to ensure optimal information transfer and retention.
  • Advises and recommends the ideal format, based on the use and platform the material will be show cased.
  • Leverages the current software available such as Articulate and Vyond to develop e-content.
  • Advises on new software advances, that the organisaton would want to invest .

 

Sharepoint page curation

  • Acts as the key point of contact for the Employee engagement team, to support the design and curation of article content on the Wellbeing  sharepoint page.
  • Supports the team, with he required templates, designs and images, when creating new Sharepoint landing pages
     

JAM page design

  • Acts as the key advisor and designer, when new JAM pages are being set up, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Recommends the layout design and imagery to be utilised 
     

 

About You:

 

Education: Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline (HRM, Business Admin, Information Technology)
 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:   2yrs Experience within similar role
 

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Advanced MS Office, Articulate, Vyond, Project Management.
