About the Role

As a User Experience Architect you will be carrying out qualitative and quantitative studies to deeply understand the customer experience of our in-development and live products. You will translate data into actionable findings and work collaboratively with the product teams to action your outputs and improve the products. You will be able to communicate designs at all levels of business. You will help to define & implement a framework of measurement to improve our existing products.


The User Experience Architect will be:

  • Responsible for including appropriate user research activities at each stage of design
  • Responsible for providing & communicating actionable findings clearly from UX activities
  • Responsible for continuously including customers in the design process
  • Responsible for effective facilitation of omnichannel experience feedback sessions
  • Responsible for educating & coaching the business about UX
  • Responsible for delivering the appropriate UX outputs


About the Requirements

Minimum Experience:

  • 6+ years’ experience in a UX role working collaboratively with IXDers, PO’s and Stakeholders

  • At least 2 years exposure to Omnichannel retail with a focus on e-commerce 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Choose appropriate types of research

  • Plan, communicate & execute research

  • Gather and make sense of business and user needs
  • Turn analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Communicate your findings
  • Prototype & create documentation for delivery
