Overview Of The Role:

The Learning & Development Consultant will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of learning and development initiatives within Al-Futtaim Automotive. This position involves designing and deploying innovative digital learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities. The consultant will work closely with various departments to customize learning programs that meet diverse needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. Success in this role involves effectively managing multiple projects and ensuring a high level of learner engagement and program adoption.

What You Will Do:

• Design and implement digital learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Utilize data to analyze and improve learning program metrics, such as attendance, completion, and engagement rates.
• Convert complex subject-matter documents into concise learning content suitable for frontline employees.
• Develop digital assets and learning materials that are engaging and effective for employee development.
• Ensure the effective launch and deployment of learning programs across the organization.

• Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and manage engaging learning content across digital platforms.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or digital learning environments.
• Proven experience with digital learning platforms and tools, including AI-driven solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
